
Catherine Wright has created and shared art experiences in Upstate New York for over a decade. The wild world of nature is inherent in her creations of myth and ritual with themes that explore the spectrum of civilized and primitive living, displacement and belonging, and socio-economic disadvantage and privilege. Performance art installations of set, sound, video, movement, and mixed media sculpture have been shared locally with Upstate Art Collective, 4Elements Arts, Sculpture Space, The Other side Art Gallery, the Syracuse Tech Garden, the Syracuse On center, Hamilton College, and the Stanley Theater and can be viewed at www.vimeo.com/artyogacat“Cat” is the mother of a miraculous being with ASD/ADHD, stays active in her local communities, teaches Adventure Programming at Utica University, creates mixed media collages daily, and guides several weekly yoga-somatic practices in Utica.

Olga Karmansky Wilcox is a contortionist and instructor specializing in flexibility, handstands, and contortion technique, teaching locally in Utica, NY and to students worldwide. A U.S. Champion and two-time Pan American Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Olga was the Official Olympic Alternate for Athens, Greece. Her performance credits include the Original Broadway Cast of Pippin, The Greatest Showman (20th Century Fox), Iris in The Tempest at Shakespeare in the Park, the Panic! at the Disco Tour, FX’s The Americans, the Venice Biennale International Art Festival, and the 2023 Munson Fierce Fashionistas performance. Olga specializes in flexibility training and works with a wide range of movers, from strength-based athletes with limited mobility to dancers and ballerinas refining advanced range and control. Her approach emphasizes clear technique, thoughtful progression, and long-term joint health. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from New York University and is the mother of two fire-sign children: a bright, curious 5-year-old daughter and an energetic, spirited 1-year-old son. Olga resides in Utica, NY, where she teaches and continues building a movement community rooted in curiosity, strength, and long-term wellbeing — with gratitude to Yoga Shala Clinton for helping foster a supportive local space to practice and grow.

Lindsey LaFountain Nimey is a dancer, choreographer, and educator based in Utica, NY. She began her formal training in 1990 at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute School of Dance, now Utica Dance Inc., establishing the foundation for her lifelong commitment to the performing arts. Lindsey earned her BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia in 2007, where she received both the Elizabeth Pulaski Memorial Scholarship and the Outstanding Performance in Modern Dance Award. As a performer, Lindsey danced with The Smoke, Lilies & Jade Arts Initiative (SLJ) from 2006-2009 under the mentorship of Zane Booker, touring nationally and performing in Trois-Rivières, Canada. In 2009, she joined Giordano Dance Chicago’s main company, touring throughout the United States, Europe, and Guatemala. Her additional performance credits include guest work with the aerial dance company C5 in Chicago’s Dance For Life (2013), Christina D’Amico’s Bound in the Visions of Sound New Music and Dance Festival (2018), and Barn Dance Project’s An Evening of Dance at Woodshill (2019). She later performed in choreographer Catherine Wright’s NYSCI project Land-Body Translation (2022) and the 2024 project Same Storm, Different Ship, Same Seat, Different Trip.

Born and raised a dairy farm in Earlville, New York, Paris Wilcox began his ballet training with Donna Decker, Michel Fokine’s grand-niece, at age six. Matriculating at Hamilton College in the fall of 1991, Paris worked extensively with the Dance Department, performing classical and original works by Leslie Norton, Elaine Heekin, and Bruce Walczyk. After earning a double concentration in the Classics and Dance, he accepted a trainee position at The Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet in Philadelphia. Following a subsequent year with Orlando Ballet, Paris was asked to join Kansas City Ballet, where he danced principal roles throughout his 11-year tenure. Retired from the Kansas City Ballet stage in May 2008, Paris relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he served as the Education and Public Relations Coordinator for Ballet Arizona until 2010. He earned his Dance MFA from Hollins University, where he presented Thesis work on “The Aesthetics of Labor.” In addition to serving as permanent guest faculty with his alma mater Ballet Arts of CNY in Clark Mills, and as resident teacher for the Colgate Ballet Company, Paris continues to teach master classes and at summer intensive courses throughout the country. Paris resides in Earlville where he owns, operates and manages Halcyon Farm, a 165-acre grass-fed lamb and beef farm.

Deborah Bradley is a modern and lyrical jazz dancer whose path has woven together artistry, a love of learning, and a tech-savvy professional life. Growing up, she trained extensively in dance, including at Alvin Ailey’s Professional Division Summer Intensive and the American Dance Festival. While studying Computer Science at Barnard College, she continued performing through the college’s renowned dance program. After college, she spent time living in Sydney, Australia, where she continued exploring movement and had the opportunity to perform with local choreographer Paul Fabian Cordeiro. Now based in Central New York, Deborah is excited to be performing with Thin Glass Dance while balancing life as a digital marketer, wife, and mom of three. She’s especially grateful to be sharing her love of movement with her daughters, both onstage and off.
